  They were a little late on the way to Uluru, in time in the way back. Once boarding the plane the staff were friendly and efficient. Being used to US domestic flights, the little snack was nice. They give you juice, water, tea, or coffee. They have other foods and beverages for sale. The plane are barebones in economy, no charging or entertainment, although one can download their app before boarding to use it for in-flight entertainment, or one can bring one's own entertainment. There were only a few people checking passengers in in Uluru, but they got though it and there was never any danger of leaving anyone behind.

  Small airport, efficient staff, and fast check-ins! (It was also generally clean and well maintained unlike other small airports I've been to!)
