  Loved it! I was lucky enough to have clear skies that night and to have a star lit sky above the light installation was amazing. Can't use tripods along the interior walking paths (potential trip hazard in the dark and somewhat narrow lanes) but you can use tripods on the peripheral fire trail and viewing platforms up in the dunes. The Star Pass experience includes drinks and canapes as we watch the sun set on Uluru and the lights slowly glow to life. Wonderful.

  The field is really beautiful. Having the light colors changing with the wind instead of time-based would have make the experience more unique.

  Amazing place - your camera will struggle to take pictures though. We enjoyed it more when we gave up put the camera away and just enjoyed the experience. Felt very other worldly and spiritual - well worth spending the $$

  Don't except much for this expensive trip. It isn't art and you will be kicked off after 30 min because staff want to go sleep. Can't recommend.

  Very well run tour. Comfortable air con coach. Delicious canapés and bubbly on arrival. Walk to dining area easy. Meal was plentiful and fabulous. Loads of variety. Ted and white wine flowed and of good quality. After dinner an interesting and informative talk about the stars. Then an easy ans well lit walk down to the lights. An amazing mind blowing sight quite magical! Would thoroughly recommend this once in a lifetime experience! Takes about 4 hours and the staff are all so lovely.
